Team with home field will make decision based on weather and field conditions.
The umpiring scheduler must be contacted 1 HOUR before game time with any
cancellations due to weather. team with the home field is responsible for
contacting the umpire scheduler. If the scheduler is not contacted and umpires show
up, the league will be billed for the umpires.
If a game is canceled just before game time, due to weather, and the
umpires are there they must be paid half game fee. This is Waterbury's policy
and we will abide by it.

The day before a game call Arnie and get umpires names and phone numbers.
upires are required to be at game 30 minutes before start and if they show
at the game without a call they must be paid, so time your calls accordingly.
Contact opposing team's coach to let them know you are canceling the game
due to weather or field conditions.
If a game is canceled for ANY reason the home team (other field team) is responsible
to cancel the umpires. If an umpire shows up at those fields the home team(other field team)
is responsible for paying the umpires.
